Hi decided not to. The chances of recovering anything are probably low and just glad it's all over. Really appreciate all the help you have given.

FYI my daughter has just received this from BPS. Very strange. Probably all made up names - just seems odd to send it out now . Maybe so RH can say it was not him doing all the dirty work it was Franz Kafka

        Dear xxxxx

My name is Adam Strong and I manage the team here at UK Services & Support Ltd. Ms Kirkman has forwarded me details about your complaint. I have now had a chance to speak with her and to Franz Kafka who was assigned to your account.

After investigating the matter I can only apologize for the level of service that you have received from my staff and from the company. You should have received better from us and I can only apologize for the fact that you didnt. I am looking into issuing a formal reprimand against Franz Kafka which could lead to a verbal warning of termination of Franz Kafka's employment.

We are held to strict customer satisfaction and operation policies and can assure you that you have not received the quality of service that I would expect from my team. Your case will be brought up in a future team meeting as a case study on how we can improve our communication with customers and update internal protocols to help ensure that something like this does not happen again.

If you have any suggestions that you would like me to raise in this meeting I would certainly welcome them.

        My humble apologies once again.

        Kind Regards

        Adam Strong
