Amethyst how did you log on to BPS and view a breakdown of what they are charging me for? I have never logged on and can't see where you do this on their site? TS will be with me in ten minutes..

Re: *** Mandid v BPS - transferred waiting court date

It will be something like this http://amanda.signedcontract.org.uk/u51997 but you need a password now to access it. (that's not your link btw - it is your full name .signedcontract.org.uk/u59815 )

if they are interested in the DPA issues then you find that by typing in your name then .passportdetails.co.uk which shows your applicant ID ( eg http://amanda.passportdetails.co.uk/ ) That's someone called Amanda Mayes (just random) They only put the password protection on at 3pm on 24th February 2015.

This is the breakdown of charges from when you got the court claim though

Re: *** Mandid v BPS - transferred waiting court date

Hi all Trading Standards chap came yesterday and took a lengthy statement and copies of all my documents (emails, threatening court letters, screen shots of texts) spent over an hour with me. We went through BPS website and did a mock application so he could see for himself how I fell victim on a mini iPad. He was not happy and totally on our side. They are definitely building a case to get RH in court and get him shut down. He asked me to keep him informed on my court case and also said when they get him in court I could be called as a witness. Ooooh how much joy that would bring me

Well done Mandi and thank you. It has taken a lot of work in the background to persuade TS to take action, knowing that you and others are willing to assist does make a huge difference.

Re: *** Mandid v BPS - transferred waiting court date

Hi all I have had court letter yesterday with a hearing date of 3rd August. It is saying they suggest mediation but I don't want that as he wasn't willing to take an offer when I did offer. Do I have to tell the court I don't want to mediate or just ignore it? Then I have to reply with witness statements by June 9th, will you be able to help me with this please.

                  Best regards
                  Mandi

ps. Who is in court next and is it this week? Did we hear back from Carguy?

Some info on witness statement http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...utline-for-BPS amend to suit.

Rebecca Smith was at court this mornign for set aside that was granted as the other side didn't show.

If you ticked no to mediation then I wouldn't bother but that's only my thoughts.

No news from carguy as far as I know

Tick 'no' to mediation as you're not accepting any liability and so there's nothing to negotiate.

Yes we'll help you with your witness statement.

Hi all I have been totally tied up with two family weddings these past few weeks and not had a minute to sit down and think about my witness statement. Last wedding is this Friday and after that it is my priority to sit and sort my case out. Everything has to be in by June 9th so after Friday I will be mithering you all silly for help. Great news on Avid today, is there any new movements off the Trading a Standards LB team? And who is up next when is the next case that we know of?

Not a lot... people really aren't into doing the TV shows ( personally I think it would be quite exciting and a fun experience ). Who knows if it will go ahead, AlexYates has spoken with them so probably knows more than me.
