Wow when you look at it on paper it's crazy in the time span it has all happened. I am surprised he didn't jump on the motorway and come and frog march me to the bank for payment. I think that is part of his tactic bombards you so much he has you in a tail spin as to confuse you with order of events. I will do a list tomorrow when my daughter is at school hopefully. And I will also contact passport office.

Re: *** Mandid v BPS - claim received 21/2/2015 defence due 21 march

Hi Amethyst I have been on to the HMPO today trying to get info on the BPS appointment. Got given the run around by two agents, one said he could escalate it to a higher dept who may be able to help and somebody would ring me back. I missed their call and when I rang back another advisor said I would have to write in and request the information. So that is what I have spent the day doing, sent a recorded letter off tonight. Sorry not done my communication cross check yet as been dealing with another big issue with NHS and funding my cancelled Opp this week. Got stress coming out of my ears grrrr.... Will get on with things over weekend for sure. I want to get my defence in next week so I can focus on other issues x

Hi Amethyst I am getting worried that my defence is due in by Wednesday, you say 33 days but the court paper says 28 days from date of issue which was 19th Feb. I have email you a timeline of dates and emails, texts ect... The defence you have put up on here on my link do I just copy that word for word on Money claim online or is there anything else I should be adding? All my exhibits do I send them as part of the witness statement if it gets that far or with the defence. Sorry I took my foot off the gas with this but have been dealing with a major dispute with the CEO of the hospital that have derailed my operation due to cost and this had to go on the back burner but I do not want to stop fighting and miss my defence deadline. Any help extremely appreciated. x

It's 33 days from date of issue or 28 days from date of receipt
You can check your dates here - http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html

                        STUPID QUESTION ALERT!!!

Do I enter my defence online on MCOL or do you handwrite on the claim form they sent me? The box doesn't seem very big to put all that I think we will put and I have also lost my 12 digit id code for MCOL. I registered as I have an email saying I registered for Gateway but for the life of me I can't find any passwords. The MCOL webpage says if you have lost your password/id code then they may be unable to locate you and help. Is the password the one on the court claim form do you think?

We can print it out and post it, or print it to a PDF file and email it so don't worry too much, the Defence will likely be too long for Moneycalim online anyway xxx

Do I fill out these papers with my income details ect.. Sorry getting a bit lost as the deadline approaches and panicking. :tinysmile_cry_t:

There's absolutely no need to panic, you're in safe hands. Don't forget that your defence is based on a draft written by a barrister who specializes in consumer contract law. This will be in stark contrast to Richard Howard's claim that is based on delusion.

Your exhibits don't get filed until you submit your witness statement so that's a ways off yet. And no, they don't want your income details.

Just follow Amethyst's advice and you'll be fine.

                                Re: *** Mandid v BPS - claim received 21/2/2015

                                See attached.

You will need to amend your name and claim number at the top and at the end, check it through, print it out and sign it and date it. Print three copies.

Then with the N9b Defence form ( http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...-Response-Pack )that came with the claim form, complete that, in the Box that says DEFENCE just write ' See separate sheet '

Box 1: I dispute the full amount
                                Box 2. No
Box 3 ' see separate sheets'
                                Box 4: leave blank
                                Box 5: sign and date

Send that form and TWO copies of your printed defence to the court ( recorded/special delivery )
( Money Claims Online address on the front right of claim form)

The third copy of the defence, write copy on it and send it to the claimants address - 12 Deer Park Road, as per the claim form.

Then telephone Northampton Court CCBC on Friday morning and ask them if they have received your defence and if not ask them to note it has been posted on Wednesday.
