          Just finished final statements. Court adjourned for judge to write up notes and deliver verdict.

          Richard took a grilling regarding how confusing the website is. Feeling confident. Just a case of wait and see now.

                          On behalf of the Beagles team (and all the BPS victims, I'm sure) a massive well done.

                          To be honest at times Amethyst and myself thought that your approach might have been a tad too gung ho with this but it seems your indignation towards Howard had a positive effect on the judge's decision.

                                NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
