      Great.

My initial opinion is the only compromise you can offer is that he may discontinue the claim within 7 days and you won't apply for an order for your costs.

        Re: didactosaurus v BPS - DEFENCE SUBMITTED 11/3/15 - N180 sent 25/3

        Update:

Allocated to small claims track in our local court. Hearing date 4th June 2015.

Claimant needs to pay hearing fee by 8th May.

WS & other docs ('bundles'?) due by 21 days before hearing date, so by 14th May latest

Re: didactosaurus v BPS - WS & BUNDLE by 14th May - hearing 4th June

@Amethyst - Hi Sharon. TS have contacted my other half and a guy is planning to come tomorrow to speak to both of us. He wants to take copies of all correspondence away with him, that's going to be a headache as our printer is nearly out of ink and I won't be able to get a new cartridge at short notice. Won't have time to do it in work either - this is our big pressure time of year. Couldn't have come at a worse time, really!

Will keep you posted. Hopefully he will allow us to email correspondence as most of it is in that form anyway.

Ahhh how did it go ? Did it feel like it was worthwhile and something was going to be done ?

Still not been to see us - he's spoken to my wife but he couldn't make the time we had available, he's not yet rearranged a date, so whilst it's good that they are showing interest, nothing has happened as yet...which suggests RH will be able to go on writing dodgy cheques and making random court appearances for the forseeable, one assumes.

Really annoying as it's going to take me a few nights to write the WS and collate all the exhibits, at least. Was hoping he'd just withdraw from all of the cases after his losses, but knowing him he'll maybe count on those of us 'in the system' getting complacent and not following procedures so he can try to claw back some default judgements. Tosser!

The TS guy has been out to see Mandid, and I'm seeing TS with QueenofHearts on Friday.

You've got a lot of your witness statement done already and it'll be much easier to put together with the bits we've learnt from Alex's case, as well as Ivans and Koujars, and off the back of the Witness Statements he's already sent out to people.
