Amethyst Tools - thanks a bunch, you two. Now in PDF format.

Just worried about you saying we have to post a copy to Dicky, Sharon - I don't want to send him something with a real signature on - can he have an unsigned copy?

        Re: *** didactosaurus v BritishPassportServices - DEFENDED

Don't see why not, so long as the court's copy is signed.

Put a cover note for him.

        Claim Ref: XXXXX

        Mr Howard

Please find enclosed copy of defence as filed to the Court on xx/xx/2015.

              Re: *** didactosaurus v BritishPassportServices - DEFENDED

I'd give the court a call in the morning and tell them you have emailed your defence just so they can note that on the case file. But no, you don't need to do anything with MCOL.

Amethyst - Hi Sharon. Mrs did tried calling the court number, was busy. Have emailed a copy of the defence to a couple of The Idiot's email addresses, with signature redacted. Have printed off a hard copy and will post ASAP. I gather this should have been done already but the last few days have been hectic (plus his POC on the Claim form referred to a separate POC to be sent within 14 days - never materialised, so who is he to complain if it's not received?). Will this be OK?
