    thank you for the advice. its not an official court letter, just one off the csa with the details on. ithink it will be best if we went to the court as they might actually listen to us rather than ignore us like the csa have been. onca again, thank you all. and if i can get some actual info about what happens next off celestine, id be eternally grateful!! thank you xxxxxx

      well, my other half let them get the better ov him and called them today. they have finally accepted that he is on jsa, and the cheeky beggars tried to push him to pay more than the £5 per week, and wanted my bank details to set up a direct debit, told them not a chance and that we will use payment slips for the post office instead. but, the court date still stands!!!!!!! is this normal practise as they said once the date is set, they cant do anything about it?? thank u xxx
