    my friend is in debt management and has just informed me he has taken out another credit card and run this up to £1500 and not told the debt management company is this legal please, and also will he have to sell his house if he does not clear all his debts under debt management scheme or will they be written off?

    Do you know what Debt Management company he is with ? and is he under an IVA or straightforward DMP?
