PPI Saga Nearly Over

Hi All
Many thanks to this site for the help and advice with my case v HFC (formerly Beneficial Bank)
Long story short is that throughout all of their denials and a 'final decision' that I wouldn't get my money back ( approx £5,500 inc CI) I received a letter on Saturday sayoing that as soon as the FOS had asked for HFC's file on my complaint, they received a letter back agreeing to my claim
The advice I have for anyone going through the banks bullying tactics, letters phone calls and internal decisions is although you might feel like giving in .... dont!

PS.Just the Court Case on wrongful charges to go and I might be going on hols this year lol
