  • Endeavour Personal Finance - PPI Claim help pic heavy

    Hi beagles

Can anyone help me with trying to claim PPI against this company? Long story so grab a coffee lol

So i have in the past contacted EPF regarding the PPI and was asked to produce something then by the time my return letter went to them they were no longer at that address?
Anyway loads of pics so ill try and explain as i go along

Here is the original agreement i was told at the time it was needed to take out the loan and i picked single as it costed less as advised my the sales person

Now this loan was just a bridge loan until work was done on my house, we advised the sales rep this at the time..
(Mortgage company could only borrow sale of house price when work was done it was worth loads more and they would lend us the rest)

So i paid this loan for 6 months £196.14 total £1,176.84 then the work was done on the house and we remortgaged and paid the loan off

As you can see we paid £22,224.59 back to EPF + payments already made £23,401.43

Now we have contacted them using one of the many guides on the internet asking for the money back etc etc and was sent this letter.

So proof that my wife was indeed who she say's she is which is a fair point... BUT once we went into HSBC we were very rudely told to go away and that they didn't have anything to do with EPF! (when i say rude it was a joke i just stood there stunned at the woman's response to us)
Now worried and rushing to try and get the cert signed off we never could docs refused etc but we did have a signed cert from nationwide?
Decided to send that off with a letter and copies of all relevant paper work again to have the letter returned as the address was no longer used?

after that kinda gave up.. but im refusing this time to be beaten by this

    So advise please..

Should i be entitled to a refund?
anyone know where to contact these people?
    any advise greatly appreciated

    cheers

What date was that letter sent to EPF ? The stamp looks like 18/02/13 ( but the letter before was Jan 2011 which is why am checking )

I think EPF claims now go to HSBC - but I'll try check that tmw.

    HSBC

I hope you made a complaint.

Pity, sorry patters, I reckon getting it sent off to HSBC isn't a bad plan - I tried to work out where the heckerslike Endeavour was now, and thought someone on the PPI side of things might know for definate xxx I wouldn't go complaining about them taking ages, and things have improved PPI reclaiming wise now, so could all just be a breeze.... stranger things have happened.
