I put in a PPI claim with Santander and after toing and froing, they sent a final response letter. Attached to the final response letter was a 'screen shot' of the original agreement. This contradicts the copy of the original paper agreement that I have.
On my copy the PPI box is clearly ticked, whereas on the Santander copy the box is unticked. Everything else on the copy is exactly the same, the handwriting, mistakes etc.
Where do you recommend that I go from here? As this is the final response letter , should I go straight to the Financial Ombudsman?
