Well-Sorry took so long---a bit rusty as owing to ill-health not been on PPI for a bit

Welcome Calc unusual----BUT we have tried a few scenarios and can confirm that (assuming the 20% income tax is held back)

Loan 1 offer is within £15 of our speadsheets
Loan 2 offer is within £12 of our spreadsheets

So--ACCEPT---but if you aren't liable for income tax--tell them and ask for the full compensation they are offering without the deduction of the 20% tax on the 8% Compensatory Interest

Its so complicated--that I'm not posting any SS's here--but if you need further explanation--PM me.

Thank you sooo much for your time and help with this.

When I sent my complaint regarding the PPI to WF, I asked for them to
include the Medicare in their redress as I felt that was also mis-sold.
They didn't include that in their calculations for some reason but I've sent
them an email to find out why.

Has anyone else had problems on here with WF not including the other
insurances in their redress?

OK but don't rock the boat for £150 + £75 which effectively is included in the total loan to which apportionment of PPI Premiums are on the total loan anyway

If you are adamant on pursuing (on an offer of £1116.04 +661.59 = £1,777 nett of 20% tax)----you may delay your payout for weeks
