I am new to this so if I am on the wrong forum pls let me know.
I completed a ppi application form with Santander on the 21st may (2 complaints) and they acknowledged this on the 23rd May 2014.
They have advised me that the complaints were not upheld as the ppi showed clearly on my statement. Following some advice (not sure it was the best now) I complained further on the basis that they could not reject my complaint on te basis that I did not exercise my right to cancel the policy as no one explained what this was or what it meant and it was implied that I had to have this in order to get the credit.
They hey have emailed me twice today one advising that this is being looked into and one advising that the complaint is bow with new day ltd. I have no idea who they are or why my complaint would be passed to them. Does anyone have any advice as I am seriously unhappy that this has happened and don't know what to do next? I would really appreciate some direction.
