    Hello.
    Sorry for your troubles.

    I see you've had the best advise from our brilliant Di.

    I believe you contacted the FOS by now.

    Still, may be you have nothing to lose by going again at CEO.
    It took me 4 months and 3 letters of rejection to resolve one of my cases.
    It was already with the FOS, however it was eventually upheld via CEO department, before the FOS got involved. (It was not with Barclays).

    I noted that it could have been pre-ticked box on your application.
    Therefore, just in case, I enclose here the link to one of the cases with pre-ticked box for your information.
    may be it can be of any use to you.
    we are helping each other by sharing our experiences and cases.
