Yeah but we did not take thst long to get once it went to cal stage may be a mth. But this was never took to fos

the claidstale bank we took to fos got a reply from fos last Friday latter dated 21/ 5 /2015 same letter as u about mnba we phoned claystale bank see of there got this from fos there said it was all ready in cal stage so just waiting for amount now to be sorted

ur claim mnba should know about letter you have from fos as while fos looking into it there have contact with the bsnk and it was the bank agreeing to pay you out so I would ring mnba ask them there got the letter and stsge etc

Do you have the free OPEN OFFICE--the CALC program within will process Excel (.xls) spreadsheets just the same if you ain't got Microsoft Office

Where are we on this Sammy?

You have the statements & the dates & the PPI & the o/s Balance etc each month so we can put it into the SS

First of all--lets get you started with spreadsheets in general--What programmes you got on your computer?

                      Works?
                      Microsoft Office?
                      Open Office?

All I have is one statement lol with a balance of £1000 and a £8 ppi payment if that helps at all,
                        I just saw I have excel 2013?
                        Thanks turbo

                          Thats good you got Excel

However--for credit cards we can't do much in projecting the redress as PPI is proportional to the outstanding balance each month from 1999-2009

Loans are more predictable to project PPI redress

SO--like Andy58--you need to do like he did and send a SAR which will give you all the information--like he received
