  • Can U Cancel CMC

    Hello Guys,

After receiving extra refund from Barclays for a ppi complaint I was wondering if I had gone thru CMC would they still be entitled to their cut.
I had gone thru CMC for another ppi claim with Barclays where the complaint was upheld ( that's before I discovered this site)
and they took a whooping 25%. Sooo if they had decided to give me more regarding that complaint would CMC get their cut even it was 2years ago?
Suppose the best thing would b to ask them this question but just wondering if any one was in similar situation?

well I certainly wouldn't give them the heads up on it as basically yes, they would be entitled to their cut of the additional refund I they secured the original refund as it is an extension of the same claim.

It won't be. They have already carried out the work and you'd be cancelling future work not historical work which has resulted in the payout, and any subsequent corrections to the payout.

If you have a copy of their terms we can double check the contract but that is usually the case.
