Re: Non advised ppi claim rejection

Thanks Victoria ..it's been quite a journey and not finished yet! I would have been lost without all your support ... It has left me feeling outraged at the whole process and the lack of professionalism and respect for people, often vulnerable and struggling financially ..anyway thanks again , will keep the other threads updated and maybe include copies of letters have sent, might be helpful for people who are in my position.
              all the best
              Chrissie xx

Re: Non advised ppi claim rejection

Of course, Chrissie. It is horrible what they are doing with people who are vulnerable and just trust those rejection letters, thinking they are not entitled to refunds. It is outrageous that we have to fight for it so hard. I agree.
I hope your other case is going well and less stressful. Now you learned all their tricks about so called "non advised" sale.
The same arguments should work for all your PPI cases.
Ticking box in your case only proves that it was not "informed" decision
Good luck and look forward to hearing about your next success.
                Again, Congratulations!
Keep going and you'll get there.
                lol
