    Summitted my claim thou fscs for welcome , I know I had ppi sum of 1400. I relised a ex was second name on account but I was main holder and only one on the ppi policy , I made all cash ex wasn't working at time etc ,,

    I rang fsce there confirmend thst I was main holder on loan and only one on ppi policey. So I can make a single claim as ppi was in my name only

    so is this right

      So you had a joint loan with Welcome where you had PPI that you wish to reclaim. It does sound a little odd to have a joint loan and only one party covered on the PPI.

      Was it FSCS who told you you only had PPI without the loan (a standalone PPI policy ?)

      If you have a copy of the letter from FSCS it may be an idea to scan it and upload it (take off personal details) or type it up.

        The loan for the car was in both names mine was the main holder ( I was the main earner ) but the policey for ppi was only in my name as there only but ppi policey in the main name I was told this by two callers on phone today also said I was only one able to claim as I es only one on ppi policey , I have looked on Internet and to be honest most joint loan claims are only allowed to ppi policy on main holder there said by ex doesn't have no claim to ppi only me has any n heard this before
