Just an update. Got a letter from co-op ppi director today. Settling in full. Around £4000 + £250 compensation for the way I was treated during the complaint. Result.

Thats 2 successful claims totalling over £6000.

One be more to start but not sure how to go about this one. Was a £3000 car loan back in 1989 for 3 years with ppi on (at about 10%). Don't have any account numbers or anything but know it was with alliance amd Leicester. Is this worth pursuing? I rang them with a general enquiry a while ago but they said they only keep records for 6 years. Is there any other way of checking??
