Re: DSAR with Clydesdale bank HELP PLEASE!!!

They are just stalling for time, I will be starting a PPI complaint but wanted details of other 2 loans I had with them previous, I have now started complaint with ICO in regards to failing to send ALL info for DSAR, but again, today, I received another 2 letters in response to the CCA request I sent to them last week. They say that they only keep CCA records of a/cs that have money owing on them.

But of course, we all know that information is incorrect!

The following is an extract taken from the HMRC.Gov website:
"You must keep your records for five years beginning on either:

      • the date a business relationship ends
      • the date a transaction is completed

Further information on complying with the Money Laundering Regulations"

I know it's been a while but just got reply from ICO today in regards to my complaint with Clydesdale Bank. They are satisfied that the bank have given me the info I requested. I'm still not happy with this but I need some info please? ICO stated that Clydesdale keep records for 7 years after a/c is closed, so does this mean its 7 years from the time I started DMP or 7 years from the time I ended the DMP?? After all, it all went through Clydesdales collections dept. so I can't understand why they wouldn't have all my deets.
