I cannot be the only one they have treated in his manner, hardly a day gives by I either see a new post on here or read, here or see news about Banks and Barclays appear in almost all.
Wonder how long they will take after the date given by the Ombudsman ?
My Sainsbury one is going to the Ombudsman then I will have another to start aginst Halifax regarding charges and packaged account fees, glutton for punishment, thats me !:tinysmile_hmm_t2:

Well well, for once a quick response !
Cheque for £250 arrived today.
Did not stop them claiming it now closed my PPI claim, nothing about the errors!
Wil use it, once it has cleared to pay Kensington.
