Yes I did and visa versa.
So far with this and the Cabot one I have been polite and reasonable, with the aid of templates from here put my view across.
Just the one with BOS (Salisbury's) to go this, if you do no know already has been passed around and ended up with Arrow Global/Westcot.
Had twelve letters so far nine of which they state they are still looking fit information!:colbert:

Is it still the same email for Lloyds CEO do you know since the changes of them splitting up, not had any direct dealings with them since then lol cheers.

I have been accepted for fast tracking due to my illness condition etc and had some help with a fab letter (I shall email you with a copy later on) to clear a few misunderstandings, so this was emailed to my Adjudicator who have confirmed they received it and added to my file for the ombudsman to view. Hopefully it will work this time round lol. :tinysmile_twink_t2:

Why is life never easy? There was me thinking great sorted?
Cheque arrived!
For the full amount!
After the experience with BOS I phoned them, got past around and they have now admitted another error.
The first claim was not applied correctly and they need to sort this out!
Asked again about the remaining balance and have also e mailed CEO again asking that this small balance be written off.:snowbal:

E mail responds from "assistant" in CEO office, they will " investigate" and get back to me via snail mail.

!They have added stuff on! Do I phone again not keen the battle with the call centre.

Another e mail from them, they have not made an error etc.
No explanation as to why the balance had gone up and they will not write off the remaing amount.
FOS has also contacted me again so have to send her copies of all recent letters and statement.:attention:
