Two replies today.
One from the Data Control Office, which again was just pushed the door, again have failed to address the issues of missing or illegable documents. Just a template responce with tick boxes and the box ticked that they had already supplied DSAR. Also a reply to my e mail with a request that I phone them to discuss the issues.
Not really keen on phoning them so do I request that it be dealt with in writing?

Please has any one got the e mail address of the CEO of Barclays?
FOS seem to be unable to get a responce and Barclays have not responded to my letter, all FOS suggested was to phone them!:tinysmile_aha_t:

Yes AC, I have considered that and plan to do so next week, by then I will have been able to transfer my small bank account!

Letter from Customer Relations in Stockton on Tees, today says they are "investigating and dealing with the complaint as quickly as possible and it should be resolved by 22nd of this month".:mmph:

Looks like they have tried to phone as well, at least three times, my land line phone is quite old and will only store three numbers!
No messages, know it was them as I called the number ( with holding mine!):nono:
