    I've never had to deal with a situation like this one before, but it's so wrong if there's been fraud involved and alteration of your personal information, I'm sure someone here will know more perhaps and come back with some useful advice on where to take this.

    You have a right in my opinion to raise this matter up first I assume with the Manager/Chief Executive of the business and take it from there. ;-)

      I have simular case with broker being mr newey same year as mr newey is no longer trading fos have said that the underwriter is they way forward. The underwriter in my case is hamilton also and fos have said that any complaints to hamilton are to be dealt with by HFC not aviva or any other insurer. You may or may not know that EPF are under the hsbc umbrella along with HFC. Suggest you contact fos and see what they have to say
