There's Antonio osaro who is chief ex that covers a group of banks inc Halifax or David Nicholson who is the managing director of just halifax. What one shall I email, didn't realise the banks were all that close. Also was there a rule that if they don't have enough evidence if must be ruled infavour of the complaint, or did I dream that lol

They must give good reason on why they rejected your complaint, and it doesnt seem like they have done that.

When I dealt with Lloyds, it was Antonio I used to email (CEO) if I had to.

I managed to get all my late payment/over limit charges back from every company apart from Halifax/BOS. I went to FOS and surprise, surprise they sided with the Bank! It may be the same with PPI claims, something internally smells off!!!
