I have just come off the phone to Santander and asked why is that other banks have paid back the deposits to other customers of lifestyle claims when they have also used their debit cards, for the same reason I was applying to get mine back. Shrama and co have now written to say they are not paying out either so where on earth do I go from here? I am so upset and angry no one seems to want to help at all.... Is there any where else I can go and contact to help reclaim my money back?

You need to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service about the bank refusing to refund you under chargeback. It won't be quick but it's your only option.
