Sainsbury,s Bank PPI reclaim for OH

Just sent of a SAR to the bank for info relating to loan taken out mid 2004 by OH. Have some details of 2 loans with PPI which were rolled over - second to pay off first, balance in cash. She took out a third for which we do not have details but pretty sure had PPI on last taken has been paid off in early 2010.

Guess just have to wait the 40 days. Have printed off FOS questionnaire. Will need help on how to calculate the claim as loans rooled-over as it were.

No - just sent a SAR to Sainsburys - awaiting info re consolidation of loans before submitting claim

Acknowledgment from Sainsbury's BAnk - stating info will be with me by 31/12/12 - did notice refers to HBOS and Lloyds in contact details.

dug out old bank statements back to 2002 - noted early references was for "Capital Bank PLC" which changed to "Sainsbury's Bank in Nov 02.

Thinking of implications re ppi claim - do not recall them - will SB send info from that period, ie pre Nov o2 as need agreement to see if PPI on it.

Checked out some info both Capital Bank and Sainsbury's Bank based in Chester - did Sainsbury's take over dealing of Capital Bank. I know Sainsbury's is really just part of HBOS. Still not sure if I will get the info from the Capital Bank era with stuff from Sainsbury's - as DD reference refered to Sainsbury's think I should but you never know. 28 days and counting.

SAR just arrived as promised - yet to open - very thick parcel. Will look over it in next few days.

Think I have cracked the info required to make an acciurate claim - using combination of SAR info including details of the 3 PPI policies, old bank statements and CRA file - Had 3 loans - 2 rolled over Have worked out loan amounts and PPI amounts and balances on loans when rolled over - now about to look at spreadsheets.

Have finalised value of claim. Wondering what to include in letter to Sainsbury's. Presume it best to include the FOS questionnaire and a covering letter - any advice as to what to include in this or pointers to other threads gratefully accepted.
