No---its up to them to give you an offer + an explanation--your figures are for checking later

ie--their offer might be better--keep your powder dry

I'm not sure what Turbo thinks but I'd say that there's no need for a covering letter. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother reading them anyway.

Hi Pressandgo.
If you complete the complaint questionnaire, there is no actual need to attach a cover letter, as the complaint form should give you the opportunity to write anything further on the back of the form from what I can recall.
Unless you want to add further info and run out of room, then just make sure you apply your full name details, address and account number.

Acknowldegment letter rec'd 25 Jan then out of blue OH gets phone call from them asking how the first loan taken out, nothing else discussed - strange. About 4 weeks left til time up.

Good call. Congrats and well done, P&G. Your result bears out Turbo's earlier suggestion to keep your powder dry - and I acknowledge and appreciate EXC's concession to that.
