Hi to everybody
As some of you may remember i approached Nat West regarding PPI payments made to my mortgage and consequential losses suffered by the servicing account. Nat West responded by requesting grant of probate for my late wife's estate before they would consider any further aspect of the claim. (Although they paid out on 6 previous claims against our joint loans etc....) After a number of months and some expense to myself i have provided the bank with the document of probate. Bearing in mind that this has been going on since october 2011, with numerous telephone calls and letters going back and forth, they have now written to me asking on what grounds i beleive that the PPI'S to have been miss-sold. Why are these people so unbelievably awkward?
They have also failed in responding, on numerous occasions, receipt of my request that the subsequential losses be investigated. Should i consider that they are ignoring it and i will give up?
THINK AGAIN...
Does anybody have any ideas on how to get my message across more clearly. I am not giving up...
