  • HSBC PPI Claim

Hi, I have recently made two PPI claims and recieved a letter stating that they propose to offer me the full amount paid out along with an element of of gross interest, fair enough and it would take 4 weeks to go into my designated bank account, so off I trot to my nearest HSBC and show them proof of identity with a signed acceptance form as required by them, the person in the bank said they would send it by internal mail, sorted or so I thought.
Week later another letter comes saying that they will need to carry out a full investigation and I will have to wait for my turn basically.
Surely a bit late? after they have accepted my complaint reviewed by there Regulated Sales Complaints Team in accordance with the FSA.
Is this just to stall payment or do they really have the time to fully investigate every claim?

      Hi

      Well done on your success!

More than likely to be a stalling tactic.

And as you said, you've already been through the procedures.

You could try emailing the CEO of the business.

      Good luck.

No wonder there are so many firms willing to help, check out the commission first, some are 25%
