    Re: Black Horse Help

Thanks for your replies, you are right I don't have enough data for the spreadsheets. The others were turned down but if the last two were agreed then the one before those two had to be missile too as it was the same person that I saw at Black Horse on all 3 occasions. I know I should wait but as I explained before I need this to pay off arrears as soon as possible due to everything spiralling out of control. I was just confused because on the front page it stated one figure then on the last three different ones. One of these loans is still live and this is the one they tooke to court for and if I miss payments my home will be repossessed. I was also wondering if that is right now that they have agreed to the insurance being missold, can I do anything about the fact that they are seeking repossession when I dont think that I will be in arrears but iwill still be under the order and will have it against my credit history? Sorry I am happy but still confused! Thanks again for all your help.

Kim. We can only help you if you are prepared to make the effort yourself. I appreciate that you may well be stressed beyond belief - but please know that us guys here are here because we have been there, ourselves, too, babes.

Take some deep breaths. And take them slowly, good lady. We cannot do all this stuff FOR you - but we WILL do our very best to help you help yourself. You have that pledge from us all here.

        Re: Black Horse Help

Thanks for the quick response. I was not asking for anyone to do it for me I was just seeking a bit of advice. I didn't ever send in a SAR request as I didn't know I had too ( before I came on here. ) I am just aware that I am against a very small time frame. Black Horse are sending a debt advisor round here on Monday and really just wanted to know if that have agreed it was missold can I argue against the court judgement?

No - you don't HAVE to send a DSAR, Kim. But it would certainly be useful. We show you how to do that - but you have to make the effort and read up on that. You have to print it, sign it, and send it. We don't do that, I'm afraid - but we do our best to make it easy for you.

I can now only suggest that you sit down and listen to everything the lovely 'Debt Advisor' tells you on Monday, and let them know that you are writing it all down.

If they ask YOU any questions, then do NOT answer. YOU are the one being given the advice. Remember that.

TBH, I doubt if the 'Debt Advisor' even turns up - so don't cancel your hair appointment!!
