The only thing that did come to mind was that Scooby taken out a loan before I met him lol, and that may have been 1989, but he said he never taken out a loan, he was a single account holder with lloyds before we got together in 1993, we went joint in about 1995.
Yet that would not explain the loan number that ended to take out the 2nd loan, so possibly a date of the year error.

Just checked emails and Lloyds confirmed they will not accept the info on the start and ending dates of the loans anyway and said agreements would be ideal, however, I do have the statements or the main of them for the 2nd loan.

Thank you for forwarding on the paperwork. However this does not show the premium amount and therefore will have no bearing on our calculation. If you do have copies of the agreements then I would appreciate copies so our Refund Team can complete the calculations due to you more accurately.

Please accept my apology if you were mis led into believing any paperwork would alter the amount payable.

I can confirm that our offer of 1200.00 for each of these loans still stands and is currently being processed by our Refunds Team.

I guess we are going to need complete agreements, then Di, showing amounts, dates and account numbers. Statements showing repayments may help, but won't in themselves be sufficient. The agreements found so far don't show dates or a/c no's., do they ?

I guess we should hold our horses until we have exhausted our search for these, and if nothing else is found, accept the £2400 offered.

Yes I agree, and up to now not found anything else unfortunately, only doubles of what I already posted lol, I could mention the statements on the 2nd one and if they still don't accept then I will go for the offers, afterall its possible I will be gaining on the first one if that I did post was the first loan x

Yes, if you've not found anything else, I guess it would be best to accept their offers. I must admit, they seem like a good result, considering how difficult LTSB have been. Any further effort we put in may well be wasted in the end.

And think its the best option and the only option in this case, but thank you for all your time and effort in these Bill, its always worth a crack just in case and its not as if I'm not receiving nothing and quite happy to accept the offers.
