    Re: (2) Old Lloyds Loans/PPI mid 90's

I assumed the £111.18 a month loan was the first loan which included PPI.

but its getting hold of the start date of the loan is the problem, when asked customer team this is all they said in blue below. A loan was also taken out as well to pay off the last one in 1999 this was resolved earlier this year.

Having checked our records I can confirm that you have a further two loans that closed in 1997 and 1999. All the other loans you have held to 2001 have previously been addressed. The loan account numbers are ********* and *********. However I’m unable to confirm any further information as these loans closed over six years ago.

We'll give that some more thought, Di. I have to go out now, so see if you can find any more documents meanwhile. What we have so far is useful, and appears to be more than LTSB have got, anyway.

Bill, found some details of when the loans started and finished.....

This is a sheet of all loans taken out with lloyds, start dates and ending dates, but for some reason they have 1989 as a start date lol.

          All loan account numbers included.

I may have to email you though for you to know what i mean (personal details with lots of other loan numbers), and the majority have been addressed just these 2 that have not.

Do you think you could pm me with your email addy?

Tell you what i shall pm you with my email addy and maybe you could email me if that's ok lol, i remember i did have your addy but can't remember honey, cheers so much.

These below are just examples that Lloyds enclosed, for instance, if upheld and if they have the details, they have made it clear they are nothing to do with mine also as stated on the letter.
But I thought it may also help for others as well, to show how they calculate.

Just as well i looked further , came across the main of of the statements for the £111.18 a month one, my guess this must have been the 2nd loan though and the other is an earlier loan.

However, I am unable to find the statement when the amount was paid in, but it did go on to another loan which have already been address, so the other account must have been the loan before the £111.18 month one.
With it being a low loan to start as well, cos afterwards they just gone mainly higher.

I agree, Mr G. Sure, there are things we can re-cycle and/or take down to the charity shop or car-boot sale - and we have to be a bit ruthless with those, as they take up 3-dimensional space.

But documents ? They take up so little space in comparison, don't they ? We are encouraged to shred all this stuff for our own protection. We should think twice before doing so, I reckon.

Looks like your suggestion is bearing even more fruit, now, reading Di's recent post.

If you hear squeals and slaps from the back of Di's cupboard, please disregard them. She doesn't like spiders, and I'm just squishing them when they fall on her......OK ? :eek2:

                              lmao you 2 :rofl::rofl:
Spiders I detest them no matter how big or small :scared::help:

Anyway, I left an email with Lloyds just to tell them "I may have some details in regards of both accounts", and they got back and said anything we do send it will either increase or lower the offer, so if the offer is higher I will rather stick to that.

She also mentioned that the payments will be made by cheque and to inform them if do not want the accept the offer, but I have not done that, I just said "We may" have details for now.

                                Re: (2) Old Lloyds Loans/PPI mid 90's

The one - ******* loan shows start date - 30/10/1989, this though would have been 1996 as the first loan ever taken out, I remember this because we moved to the new house that year, and closing date 24 April 1997.
So I assume that agreement showing no previous debt loans is for that one, as that was the smallest loan ever taken out with them.

The following loan - ******* was taken out straight from the one above, start date of first payment- 25/05/1997 to closing date 29/04/1999...£111.18 a month, this was paid off on the above date, well carried on to another loan where that one was addressed and resolved not long ago. 60 months loan, fixed rate.

(On one of the statements it shows a transfer of £3153.51 on 27/04/1999 on "payments of the statement).
