When I rang the FOS he did not know they wer in default!
Regarding the FOS got an e-mail today fro FOS telling me she though that I would have been aware that Bank of Scotland had added the ppi as I would have got documentation, only problem is that I did not and all they sent me as part of a cca was a copy of the origanal application form ( I did tick the "yes" box but maintain it was not properly explained and that iInever did get any documents with terms and condidtions)
Not giving up is now gong to ombutsman (Sainsbury) and a seperate comlaint about Cabot!

i now know why some of you guys call capital one crapital one,i can,t get it through there thick skulls that i don,t want to go on a payment plan to pay my balance as i,m claiming ppi these people are a joke,i now phoned to try to make an extra payment this month only to spin around the ppi reclaiming again and to be asked if i want to speak to there various departments with regard to why i wouid want to cancel my ppi and indeed the fact that i must be in financial trouble to want to claim missold, i now told these clowns i don,t want to discuss it as it,s harrassment and i will report them to the fsa if they do not refrain,they,ve already put my account on hold once


have now contacted fos but as the case isn,t allocated yet they can,t comment only to say a note will be put on my upcoming file.

hi di yes it,s good news,have been told the fos will be in touch within the next 2 months, p.f suggested mentioning the old medical probs i.e stroke to try to get the complaint fast tracked which looks like thats what they,ve done, i was worried cap 1 was pre regs and wouid be a no go it sounds promising anyway, weather nice and very spring like.
