    Well looks like Cabot are in a corner, posted elsewhere that Adjudicator is now asking them for deed of assignment and original documents from when the "bought" it.
    However I doubt very much if they will include the bits when they harassed me and I have double checked that I have never had a deed of assignment for this account from Cabot or original creditor.

    I had another "final response" from Cabot re Bank of Scotland yesterday.

    I have sent a copy to FOS .
    Would I be able to claim anything back from Cabot as they now admit that they have been unable to obtain a copy of the original agreement (they have admitted as much).
    And double checking fillies did not get anything when I suddenly started getting letters and phone calls from them.

    hi ho hi ho it,s off to the fos we go now had a response from morgan stanley aka barclaycard the usual get stuffed letter from barclays so here we go again never mind all the leg works done with cap 1

    things are moving along with the fos very very quickly now quicker than i first thought,no clear decision yet but the adjudicator now has the case they phoned today and questioned me at length so all you who are thinking of fossing your complaints go for it,don,t know what the overall result is going to be but i,m sure it,ll be a fair one

    No! Just a call from yet another adjudicator to introduce herself
    They are taking ages, "snowed underfrom what i can gahter.

    looking for a bit of help guys(as usual) just had a letter re.fast tracking my cap 1 case can,t scan the paperwork up as i,ve not got a scanner but i,m wondering if i fall into 1 of the fos catagories for fast tracking namely living on benefits (except my i.r.p) and being seriously i,ll? stroke.hole in heart,being registered as disabled with dla what do you all think has anyone any fast tracking experience?
