Even if your cheque arrives, get that info on enforcement off the FOS as it might be useful in future.

Yep, that was my intention Ame - although I fear it will merely be a rehash of their online 'final decision' resource! I specifically told the adjudicator that I'd already seen that info and expected more detailed advice.

You guys will be the first ones to hear if that blooming cheque arrives - once I've picked myself up off the floor that is :tung:

Excellent idea, its a decent amount and all their stalling after the FOS decision should create an interest especially with the current PPI claims on hold/judicial review farce.
