I stupidly payed up front for Park Lane Services International Ltd to look into my PPI and have not heard from them for some time, I am not sure what I can do now, or whether I can get my money back, any advise would be welcome

Did they cold call you?

Can you post up the T&C's

Are they authorised by the Ministry of Justice?
