Hi I was contacted by a company called CLIENT CONNECTION in Swansea stating that for a fee of £299.99 they can get in excess of £11k refund on my, now completed mortgage, car loan and credit cards dating back 30 years - amazing when they have no financial details on me??? I said I was interested but refused to give my card details over the phone - I was then passed to Emma The Floor Manager, who really talked the talk to try and convince me that £299.99 on my card over the phone was total safe and I had nothing to worry about. Good try but failed she then directed to me to the website (www.claimsregulation.co.uk) , gave me the company's number etc etc to prove the legitimacy. Thankfully I spotted a link to this site and hey presto I found others who have experienced the same - once again legalbeagles THANK YOU. The floor manager is due to phone me back in an hours time - should be interesting - I will log backj on later with the outcome. CHEERS Stevieg662.

Hi have just spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining to them that I will pursue this matter without them and received in depth reasons why I shouldn't including "..it will take you 18 months to 3 years whereas our legal team will complete in 12 weeks...." and "...if the government put a stop on people trying to claim then unless your claim has been registered through accredited financial lawyers or claims company then your claim will cease..." etc etc - suffice to say they do not have my custom - others beware. THANKS

Well done. I think you should also email info@claimsregulation.gov.uk with details of the call and the bullpoo they gave you
