  • First National Bank and Endeavour Personal Finance PPI

I went down the road of trying to reclaim PPI from both these companies. After a long road and finding they are now part of other companies l was told that they arent liable to repay any PPI as the PPI provider was not working for them. After interest etc this amount is/was £12000. Is there any other way to recover the PPI

Did you make the complaints to GE Money and have they said who the insurance was with ?

Were the loans CCA regulated - and was the PPI sold by a broker?

Yes l went and had it out with GE Money. If l remember rightly they said it was a broker. I assume it was regulated. I tried to recover from GE twice, firstly on my own and then through a company, both times l was fobbed off.

Take it to FOS if you've had their final response to your complaint ?
