RBS are scrapping single premium PPI from close of business Friday 12th December - All brands including credit cards and loans.

Wonder if they are being watched, interesting now they are being seen to be the good fair bank. Shame they can change their views on their mis-sold ppi over the last ten years. This is what I woud like to do the them :NEWMESSAGE:

RBS Scraps Single Premium PPI from COB 12/12/2008

RBS Group brands NatWest, RBS Bank,Direct Line,Lombard, Mint and Ulster Bank are scrapping single premium PPI from Close of Business Friday. RBS Group are not offering any alternative to it as it stands at the moment.
Any loans agreed but not drawn down prior to COB on 12/12/2008 but received back after this date will have to be redone without PPI.

HBOS are also SCRAPPING PPI as of January 2009.
