    Ex ppi joint claim

    My ex partner made a claim for our joint mortgage I had to sign the forms and they sent me us both an offer I signed mine and sent it back he hasn’t sent his back yet. When I called them they said it’s with The Financial Ombudsman Service but I haven’t agreed to take it ther just me ex? Is this right

    Is he making the claim through a Claims Management Company ? or direct to the Mortgage lender ?

    Were the forms you signed from the Mortgage Lender direct making and offer for a full refund of PPI + charges + interest etc ?

    It seems like your ex has refused the offer and escalated the complaint to the FOS.
