Just feel I need to give a bloody big shout out to Sharon and the fantastic help and advice she has giving me over the past few month.
Without her help I would not of stood a chance with Bank Smart.

But today I got a result. They cancelled my invoice and account.
So Sharon. .... Your a true star.

Here's the letter... it feels very negative and you have to read it quite carefully to see that you have won... I've put a handy big yellow circle around the important bit
