Interesting that this doesn't appear in the live enforcement list on the MOJ site.

Also interesting that MOJ appear to have the power to prevent claims from being assigned to another CMC - something they could/should have used with Lifestyle and Redhawk.

Just looking at when money save ltd were set up it may be it was imposed from the start, ie. Conditions set at time of authorisation as opposed to enforcement action, this not appearing in enforcement list. Anything with conditions shows up in the register search on status...I was just checking latest cancelled auths.
