O/H received a call to day... caller says can I speak to Mrs X XXXXXXX o/h says no one by that name here sorry, caller then says ohhhh it does not matter I can speak to you, o/h says I don't think so, caller says I am calling about mis-sold PPI, o/h said you have come to the wrong place then.... and then told the caller that he did not appreciate the cold call and then put the phone down.
