After looking on the Data Protection Public Register (link) for PPI Redress Ltd - which seems not to have polluted that database - I looked for the other companies with which the saintly (?) Durwood is associated.

Darren Vause is also a director of the following:

Buckley Stephens & Co - credit rating 77/100 - appointed 20/10/2009

No trace.

Pendragon Financial Services Ltd - credit rating 91/100 - appointed 20/10/2009

See above.

Quite often the Ltd name is not the trading name. The reason I suspect this is because this is not coming up on the MOJ website as an authorised business..

As our Cockney terrier Puffrose pointed out, the white building has the name 'Money Tailor' on it, which is one of the firms listed by Sapphire above. A GoogleMaps Streetview comes up with this clear piccie, which is 'watermarked' for Google copyright 2009. Any good ? How far is Turbo from Keighley, I wonder - perhaps he could do a 'fly-past ? !!!

Quite often the Ltd name is not the trading name.

Quite often the Ltd name has been notified to the ICO.

The reason I suspect this is because this is not coming up on the MOJ website as an authorised business..

I don't have an account with Lloyds so she did not give them my number but that is a chilling thought that she could be giving customer info out to her o/h.

This particular company which we are talking about PPI Redress Ltd was only formed in August 2011. A lot of CMC's have redress as part of their name tittle. When you have the documentation to hand can you please post up the full name of the company and I will check them out for you.

I was very interested in the above posts RE; Redress, they called my daughter about 3 years ago, saying they would help her get charges taken by the Halifax, said it would take about 8 weeks, she is still waiting,she paid £500,i told her she should never have paid anyone like that, every time she has rung to find out what is going on they say they are nearing completion,
Last week she rang Consumer protection and they advised her to write and ask them to send all details in writing of all correspondence from them and to them regarding these charges,
Up to now she has not had a reply, so now another lletter going to them giving them 14 days to return her money or she will sue for breach of contract
DONT have anything to do with REDRESS
