HI all. Just received phone call from a company. no more marketing. Girl said they could stop nuisence phone call and junk mail. It would cost just £3 a mth. Has any one heard of these as it seems like another scam. She said all we want is your card details. So told her to phone back on wed. after i looked on their web. site. Its The Anti-Marketing Group - No More Marketing - PLT Anti-Marketing stops sales calls and junk mail. Dont know what to make of this. Think it might be another scam. :cry:

Sounds like it.

You can use the TPS telephone preference service to stop unwanted calls (or caller display and don't pick up unrecognised numbers)and junk mail just tick the NO to third parties thing on anything you return, and you can also take yourself off the public electoral register which helps. Theres also the MPS (mail preference service) which is linked to the TPS.

Certainly wouldnt be paying anyone £3 a month.
