Anyone heard of these guys? They say they will look into the unenforceable debts thing and claim all their costs from someone else... no upfront costs and no fee if loosing. See their details on MOD (did I get that right???) and the companies house as a seemingly legit business. But I can't find any more info. Just thought I'd check

Re: The entitlements agency
Aren't they the people who were claiming peoples backdated child tax credits back for them (taxcredits.org I think?) for the marvellous fee of £94 ... only £93.73 more than it would cost you to send off the downloadable form from the HMRC site.
Nice to see they are branching out...will have an investigatey in the morning and get back to you.
The MOD might have more effect regulating these people anyway - its actually MOJ (ministry of justice)#staysafestayhome
Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

Re: The entitlements agency
That is exactly what I was just thinking Ame and was just about to find that thread.
Found it.... just looked it up the company we were thinking were called www Tax Rebate service, but did a similar thing dealing in childrens tax credits and HMRC tax credits and tax refunds. If you remember that once you sign the magic bit of paper (terms and conditions).... you are tied in with them for all refunds from the tax man and they take there commission from it. The tax refunds go direct to them and then you are relying on them to send you what is left.

Re: The entitlements agency
Looking at their website I would have to say they are the same ones that "help" with a tax rebate thing. I did enquire into their stuff ages ago and still have their letter they sent me... it specifically states that they claim all from other side you dont pay a penny... but i do wonder what that means sometimes. as there is no small print with these pages.
Yep... MIJ not MID... I get my fingers confused sometimes. LOL
