    HI Luggerbugs. Second part of 1st line services story. They received our reg. letter yesterday 9th. Then had phone call from them saying they were waiting for paperwork from mortage lender. They said it would take about 3 to 4 months but told them we have already waited 4 months now. Anyway he said he would let us know whats happening. So we will see. But we are not giving up .

      No, no, no, no, no!!!!!

      They SHOULD have got you to send them a SAR. Unless of course, you authorised them to act in your name, but I doubt that would allow them access to your data.

      Even if they DID, the lender would STILL need to respond within 40 days of receipt. So I rather think 1st Line are talking total boolsheet. 3 to 4 months. PFFFTTT. Delaying tactics.

                HI All. Part 3 of 1st. line services Story. Sent 2nd. recorded dilevery letter to manageing director MR . Anthony Winchester. Had phone call ( not from him) . To say still waiting to hear from lender. Said we wanted a refund of our money back. They said no chance . We informed our bank and they seem to think its a scam. So they are now trying to get it back for us.

                      HI all. Good news our bank has refunded our £99-99. The letter from the bank said that they will pursue 1st. line services for that amount. Serves the crooks right. So your bank should be able to get any money back for you.

                          CHEEKY BARSTEWARDS!!!!

                          Time for another angrygram to Mr Anthony Winchester. Despite his assurances that our details had been removed from their system, Mrs Lugger informs me that the lovely Anita (remember her from earlier?) phoned last Wednesday offering to recover mis sold PPI for us. It'll still only cost 99 quid for them to send us a claim pack.

                          Well THAT'S alright then. :tinysmile_aha_t:

                          I held back my true feelings, so only sent the following email...

                          Right then Mr Anthony Bloody Winchester.

                          I thought we had this settled, but obviously you have some form of mental impairment which prevents you from understanding the point I was trying to get across. So I’ll spell it out for you.

                          I DO NOT want your company calling either myself or my wife, on our phone number 01779 123456.

                          Tell the mysterious Anita that whilst some people might consider her voice to be delightful, we feel it to be grating and annoying; her call last Wednesday was therefore unwelcome.

                          Remove ALL data that you hold about us, and write to tell me that this will NEVER happen again.

                          I require a rather more substantial apology than the miserable scribble you sent below.

                          If I do not hear from you by the end of play today, I shall escalate this matter as I see fit.

                                I wonder why they have stopped trading, voluntary or had their licence suspended????

                                and whats going to happen to all the poor peeps who have given them money to reclaim their charges and PPI etc, etc....
