While we can all cheer the fact they are being closed down, I do worry for the poor people that may already have handed cash over to some of these people, and now have no hope of either recovering that money, or any of the claim they were chasing.

Even more important then, to NEVER deal with these companies; you just have no idea whether they will still be in business this time next week. :/
