    They seem to have changed their minds so questions may need asking of the FCA to find out what the actual situation is

    Their website is back up and running and the notice has been removed from the FCA auth pages.

    The website ( paydayclaimshelp ) has a FCA authorisation ref on of 833653 - Direct Financial Claims Ltd who have a lapsed status as well as requirements on the FCA register

    Requirements are rules placed on the firm that apply to all of the financial services activities that it can operate.
    Claims management requirement

    1.Direct Financial Claims Ltd (formerly Empires Services Limited) must keep- and provide to the Regulator on request- recording of all marketing calls made by the business or any third party on its behalf. Each recording must be retained for a period of no less than six months after the call was made.2.Direct Financial Claims Ltd (formerly Empires Services Limited) must ensure that records and audit trails to demonstrate compliance with its conditions of authorisation- including the recordings of marketing calls- are held at a principal place of business based in England and Wales for the Regulator to inspect.3. Direct Financial Claims Ltd (formerly Empires Services Limited) must provide to the Regulator a list of Caller Line Identification (CLI) numbers used by the business- or third parties on its behalf. Direct Financial Claims Ltd (formerly Empires Services Limited) must notify the Regulator of any additional CLI numbers used- or any CLI numbers no longer used- within 20 working days of the changes.
